Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Madurai

Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Salary: Rs.3 LPA – Rs.6 LPA (Based on Experience + Incentives)

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer portfolios and recommend appropriate bond and stock investment
opportunities.
Generate sales by convincing clients to choose the right investment products based on their financial goals.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular engagement and service support.
Provide complete broking services such as:
Opening Demat & Trading Accounts
Assisting customers in executing trades
Conduct financial need analysis to offer personalized solutions.
Promote cross-selling across multiple financial products, including:
Mutual Funds (SIP)
General Insurance Products
Bonds and Equity-Based Investments
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.
Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Maintain proper follow-ups, documentation, and update client information in CRM systems.
Preferred Skills & Requirements
Strong product knowledge in Insurance Sales, Mutual Fund Sales, Equity/Bond Investments
Experience in Demat Account Opening and capital market operations
Excellent communication, convincing, and customer service skills
Ability to convert leads into business and meet sales targets
Basic market knowledge and interest in finance & stock market
NISM Certification preferred (or willing to complete after joining)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
