Position Overview
POG (Print On Go) is building Tamil Nadu’s most unique Branding, Printing & Marketing Experience Centre. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Experience Centre Manager who embodies an intrapreneurial spirit—someone who thrives on ownership, growth, and creating impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Growth: Drive business expansion across Tamil Nadu through strategic initiatives.
Revenue Generation: Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Customer Journey Ownership: Manage the entire cycle from quotation → order → production → delivery → repeat business.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
Problem Solving: Address challenges with innovative solutions to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Printing, Branding, Signage, Advertising, or Packaging industries.
Background in entrepreneurship, retail stores, or branded showrooms preferred.
Strong leadership skills with a customer-centric approach.
Target-driven mindset with proven ability to deliver results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Growth-oriented thinker with the ability to scale operations.
