Job Description

Key Responsibilities

​Front Desk & Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, organize correspondence, and act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients.
​Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, organize and schedule appointments, and plan meetings (taking detailed minutes when necessary).
​Document Management: Write, edit, and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Develop and maintain a highly organized digital and physical filing system.
​Travel & Events: Coordinate domestic or international travel arrangements for staff and assist with the planning of company events.
​Office Management: Monitor and order office supplies, research new vendors, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
​Data & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, submit and reconcile expense reports, and perform basic data entry.
​Visitor Support: Greet and provide general support to visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
