Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. In this role, you will be the primary driver of direct sales execution - converting qualified leads, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and mastering the closing process. You will focus on understanding client needs, overcoming objections in real-time, and consistently hitting sales targets .

Key Responsibilities

Sales Conversion & Execution: Own the bottom half of the sales funnel by actively pitching, demonstrating product value, and converting qualified prospects into active customers.
Target-Driven Performance: Take ownership of individual sales quotas, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Objection Handling & Closing: Confidently navigate pricing discussions, counter objections with value-driven solutions, and efficiently guide clients through the final negotiation and closing stages.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with existing and new clients, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring high satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain precise, real-time documentation of all client interactions, deal stages, and sales metrics within our CRM to ensure transparent revenue forecasting.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2 years of proven success as a Sales Executive- Inside Sales Specialist.
Closing Mastery: A proven track record of successfully navigating contract negotiations, handling tough objections, and closing deals.
CRM Proficiency: Strong operational experience working with major CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce) to manage daily sales workflows.
Customer-Centric Sales Approach: Exceptional active listening and consultative selling skills, with the ability to match product benefits to specific client pain points.
Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and pitch confidently; fluency in Tamil and English is required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
