Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer's portfolio
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall branch's performance
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the branch
Requirements
in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
Proficient in using various banking systems and tools
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
