About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR & Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and human resource operations across our business verticals — Logistics (HUB, DCs).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete HR lifecycle from onboarding to exit (Hire to Retire)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and field recruitment
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the end-to-end hiring process
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, and employee onboarding
- Manage attendance, leave records, and workforce data
- Fulfill manpower requirements across multiple projects and locations
- Coordinate with department heads to identify and address staffing needs
- Recruit and manage a workforce of 50+ employees across business units
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of business operations and staffing dynamics
- Ability to work across diverse industry verticals simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for field recruitment and project site visits
- Good communication, coordination, and people management skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
