eGrove Systems is looking for Freshers from 2024 or 2025 passed out batches who can join immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team.

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: 3rd Floor, #248, 80 Feet Rd, LIG Colony, KK Nagar, Madurai–625020
Exp: 0-1

Roles & responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territory
Promote software products/services through field visits, calls, and digital channels
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the team lead
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Participate in local marketing campaigns, events, and product demonstrations
Collect market feedback and share competitor insights with the team
Eligibility

Any degree — BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, MBA (2023–2025 pass-outs preferred)
Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is a plus
Willingness to do field work
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
