Respond to inquiries from potential clients through various channels (email, phone, chat)
Proactively contact leads generated through marketing campaigns
Appointment Setting:
Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments for the sales team
Schedule meetings by coordinating time zones and ensuring availability
Market Research:
Understand the business needs and challenges of prospects in various English-speaking markets
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system
