Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing positions within the required timelines.

Key Skills Required

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions. * Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and Naukri Apna * Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. * Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Coordinate onboarding and document collection. * Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. * Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.
