Customer Support Executive

Generate new business opportunities for EOT crane services and maintenance contracts. Promote AMC preventive maintenance health audits modernization crane relocation and refurbishment services. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions. Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines. Follow up on quotations until order closure. Develop and maintain relationships with factories industries warehouses logistics companies and manufacturing plants. Meet monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in the CRM system. Customer Support Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone email and WhatsApp. Register service requests and coordinate with the service department. Schedule preventive maintenance visits and emergency breakdown support. Track service progress and update customers regularly. Coordinate with engineers for site visits and ensure timely completion. Prepare service reports proposals and follow-up documentation. Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate technical issues when required. Support invoice follow-up and payment collection. Coordination Work closely with service engineers stores purchase and accounts departments. Coordinate spare parts availability before dispatch. Maintain communication between customers and internal teams.
