Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage the check-in/check-out process, and address guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
Daily Operations: Manage daily bookings, assign rooms, and maintain accurate records of guest stays.
Computer & Admin Tasks: Utilize computer systems to respond to emails, manage online reservation platforms, update spreadsheets, and handle basic billing/invoicing.
Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready.
Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception and lobby area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Computer Literacy (Required): Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), email etiquette, and ability to quickly learn lodge management/booking software.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service roles is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and a problem-solving mindset.
Reliability: Strong punctuality and dependability to manage the front desk independently.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
