Key Responsibilities


1️⃣ Recruitment & Sourcing
Understand hiring requirements from clients / internal teams
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed


2️⃣ Screening & Shortlisting
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR screening (qualification, experience, salary expectations)
Evaluate communication and cultural fit


3️⃣ Candidate Coordination (Calling Role)
Call candidates and explain job roles clearly
Schedule interviews with clients / hiring managers
Follow up with candidates for interview updates
Maintain proper communication throughout the hiring process


4️⃣ LinkedIn Management
Handle company page on LinkedIn
Search and connect with potential candidates
Build talent pipeline using LinkedIn tools


5️⃣ Content Creation (LinkedIn Posts)
Create engaging job posts and hiring announcements
Post regular updates on job openings
Promote employer branding through creative content


6️⃣ Database & Reporting
Maintain candidate database and records
Update daily recruitment tracker
Share reports on hiring status
