Working hours: IST night hours (night shift) working in US time zone

What we are looking for?
Work with International clients
Excellent spoken and written English
Good at attention to detail in customer support
Experience in call center or customer support role is an advantage
Excellent listening and answering skills
Any diploma, UG or PG degree
What would be your responsibilities?
Work only with International clients
Get trained on customer's product or service
Answer inbound international calls and provide appropriate responses
Reply to inbound customer emails in a professional manner
Train your juniors and guide them
Develop good relationship with clients
Meet customer expectations
Take responsibility and ownership of your projects
