We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage customers politely and effectively.
Handle customer calls, chats, and messages professionally
Resolve customer complaints and provide proper solutions
Maintain positive relationships with clients
Coordinate with the design and sales team for order updates
Follow up with customers regarding orders and support
Good communication and problem-solving skills required
Basic computer and social media handling knowledge preferred
