We are looking for an experienced and passionate Academic Coordinator to lead and support our school. The ideal candidate should be capable of guiding teachers, overseeing curriculum implementation, ensuring a nurturing learning environment, and fostering the overall development of young learners.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise the academic and co-curricular activities of the section
Support and mentor teachers in lesson planning and classroom practices
Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and activity-based learning methods
Monitor student development and maintain academic standards
Plan and organize special events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers
Maintain regular communication with parents and address concerns professionally
Work closely with the school management to achieve educational goals
Qualification:
B.E and B.tech (any specialization)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month(based on your exprence and performance)
