Requirements:
Should be having 2 years experience as a store manager/ department manager in a department/multi-brand store
Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager & Customer management skills
UG / PG – ANY specialization
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for entire showroom operations and its efficiency.
Achieve the showroom sales and operating expenses targets while maintaining focus on the quality of customer service in showrooms.
Motivate employees for stretch targets through team building and two-way communication.
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
Touring the sales floor regularly, identifying or resolving the urgent issue
Look after Store Display/Store Merchandising and ensure the stock availability to avoid stock-outs.
Implement HR practices and maintain shop floor discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
