Job Description
We are looking for a CRM & Customer Engagement Executive to manage our CRM system and handle customer communication through WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS. The role also includes data filtering, follow-up calls, and reporting to support sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer data in the CRM portal
Send WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS campaigns
Filter and segment CRM data as per requirements
Make tele-calling follow-ups with customers
Track responses and update lead status
Prepare reports for analysis
Requirements
Basic experience with CRM tools
Knowledge of WhatsApp / SMS marketing
Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Experience in tele-calling or customer support is a plus
