Key Responsibilities
Experience : (0-1yrs)
Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls
Assist users with account setup, KYC verification, and onboarding
Resolve issues related to deposits, withdrawals, and transactions
Guide users on trading basics (buy/sell orders, wallet usage)
Troubleshoot login issues, 2FA, and security concerns
Monitor and flag suspicious or fraudulent activities
Escalate technical or compliance-related issues
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ticketing tools
Meet SLAs, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics
Required Skills
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle high-volume queries calmly
Basic technical knowledge (apps, web platforms, troubleshooting)
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
