Installation: Install equipment in homes or businesses
Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance visits
Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems
Repair: Fix or replace equipment as needed
Training: Train customers on how to use their new equipment
Documentation: Document issues and services rendered
Communication: Communicate with customers and their team about their work and findings
