Job Description
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and increase student admissions
Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube
Lead SEO, SEM, SMO, and SMM initiatives to improve visibility, traffic, and engagement
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager, ensuring ROI-driven decisions
Collaborate with academic and creative teams to design high-impact content campaigns (emails, blogs, landing pages)
Oversee social media presence and brand positioning across platforms
Build and maintain institutional partnerships with schools and colleges for collaborations and bulk admissions
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better conversion rates
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing manager position (education/edtech preferred)
Strong expertise in lead generation, funnel optimization, and performance marketing
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, and CRM platforms
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in educational institutions / coaching centres / edtech platforms
Strong team handling and leadership ability
Capable of independent decision-making and strategy execution
Skilled in managing end-to-end digital presence including website and campaigns
Must be based in Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
