Billing Executive (Cinema / Multiplex) – PVR‑INOX
Reporting To
Billing Supervisor / Manager
Floor Manager at the outlet / Theater Manager
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and ensuring billing process runs smoothly at ticket counters and/or F&B counters.
Operating billing / POS (Point of Sale) machines, issuing tickets / food & beverage bills.
Handling cash, card, digital payments; ensuring accuracy in transactions.
Accounting for daily invoice / receipt totals, reconciling cash drawer / POS reports.
Maintaining records of billing transactions, voids, refunds, discounts or complimentary items.
Ensuring proper issuance of bills / invoices with correct pricing, taxes, show timings, etc.
Handling customer queries or issues related to billing (discrepancies, refunds, cancellations).
Ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and decorum at billing counter.
Coordinating with FOH and kitchen / concessions teams for order billing, stock or item availability issues.
Following company policies for cash handling, closing shift reports, safety, and security of cash / payment devices.
Maintaining punctuality, shift adherence, and ensuring shift handovers if needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
