Roles & Responsibilities 1. Customer InteractionHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally Respond to customer queries via phone WhatsApp or other channels Provide clear and accurate product/service information 2. Query ResolutionUnderstand customer concerns and provide timely solutions Escalate complex issues to the concerned team Ensure customer satisfaction before closing the query 3. Lead Handling & SupportIdentify customer requirements and guide them accordingly Forward qualified leads to the sales team Follow up with customers for updates and conversions 4. CRM & DocumentationUpdate customer details and interaction records in CRM Maintain proper documentation of enquiries and follow-ups Ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting 5. CoordinationWork closely with Sales Operations and Courier teams Ensure smooth communication between departments Track order status and update customers regularly 6. Customer ExperienceMaintain a polite and positive attitude at all times Build strong relationships with customers Ensure repeat engagement and trust RequirementsAny graduate (preferred) Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English) Basic computer knowledge (CRM Excel WhatsApp) Ability to handle customer pressure calmly Freshers / Experienced both can apply Key SkillsCommunication Problem-solving Customer handling Follow-up skills Time management
