Job Description
Conduct swimming training sessions for students of different age groups and skill levels.
Teach swimming techniques, strokes, breathing methods, and water safety.
Develop lesson plans and training schedules.
Prepare students for inter-school and competitive swimming events.
Assess student progress and provide performance feedback.
Student Safety
Ensure strict adherence to pool safety rules and hygiene standards.
Monitor students during swimming sessions to prevent accidents.
Maintain attendance and supervision at all times.
Respond effectively during emergencies and provide basic first aid if required.
Pool Management Support
Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding pool cleanliness and equipment condition.
Ensure availability and proper use of swimming equipment.
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
Discipline & Student Development
Maintain discipline and positive behavior during training.
Encourage teamwork, confidence, fitness, and sportsmanship among students.
Motivate students to participate in swimming activities and competitions.
Event & Competition Management
Organize swimming trials, practice meets, and competitions.
Accompany students during tournaments and external events when required.
Maintain records of student participation and achievements.
Documentation & Communication
Maintain attendance, performance records, and training reports.
Communicate with parents and school administration regarding student progress when required.
Required Qualifications
Certification in Swimming Coaching / Aquatics Training.
Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or Sports Science preferred.
Prior experience as a swimming coach, preferably in schools or sports academies.
Skills Required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
