Job Description
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Director and senior leadership team. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, arranging travel, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, multitasking capability, and professional etiquette.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
Manage and maintain MD’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Prepare presentations, reports, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and business documents
Handle confidential files and sensitive information professionally
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
Communication & Coordination
Act as a point of contact between management, employees, clients, and vendors
Draft emails, official letters, and communication documents
Coordinate with various departments for business activities
Screen and prioritize phone calls and correspondence
Travel & Event Management
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries for management
Accompany MD during meetings, events, exhibitions, or business visits if required
Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and client meetings
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain records, reports, and office documentation
Organize files and ensure proper documentation management
Monitor office supplies and coordinate administrative requirements
Maintain professionalism and smooth office operations
Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience: 2–5 Years in Executive Assistant / PA role
Willingness to travel when required
Knowledge of English & Tamil mandatory; Hindi added advantage
