Job Description
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries
Coordinate client appointments and meeting schedules
Maintain project files, drawings, vendor invoices, and client records
Prepare letters, bills, quotations, and formal communication
Track material inward/outward and daily staff attendance
Manage office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace
Assist in basic bookkeeping, petty cash maintenance, and follow-up on payments
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and invoice follow-up
Update Excel trackers for ongoing project status, site photos, and material updates
Coordinate with project managers for data entry and reporting
Help with onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records
Support team with admin needs like travel booking, printing, etc.
