Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company computers, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
Provide technical support to branch and head office employees.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
Monitor and maintain internet connectivity, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
Ensure data backup, system security, antivirus updates, and cybersecurity compliance.
Support finance-related software, loan management systems, and ERP applications.
Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
Manage user accounts, email systems, access rights, and password security.
Monitor server performance and maintain IT infrastructure.
Prepare IT asset inventories, maintenance records, and IT reports.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, Hardware Troubleshooting, and MS Office.
Understanding of servers, cloud applications, and data backup procedures.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and firewall management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide remote and on-site technical support.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc (IT), or related field.
1–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a finance or NBFC environment.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of SQL databases and report generation.
Experience supporting multiple branches and remote users.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
