Key Responsibilities:
Understand client job requirements, skills, and experience needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
