Your Role
The US IT Recruiter plays a critical role in the hiring process for IT (Information Technology) and Non IT positions. Their main goal is to find, attract, and hire qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring the right fit for both the candidate and the organization.
Qualification
Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
Proven skills in Technical Recruiting, with the ability to assess technical qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Recruiting methodologies and best practices
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
Familiarity with IT industry terms and technologies
Previous experience in the US IT staffing market is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Technical Degree like B.E/ B. Tech, MCA, MSc (CS, IT), BCA, Bsc Computer
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
