Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and user systems. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, security systems, backups, and IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and desktop systems.
Monitor and manage network infrastructure, firewalls, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server-related issues.
Monitor system performance, security updates, antivirus, and patch management.
Support ERP, SAP, and other business applications with technical coordination.
Ensure data security, system availability, and compliance with IT policies.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, hardware procurement, and technical support.
Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and system logs.
Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization.
Experience in network administration and firewall management.
Knowledge of backup solutions, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with ERP/SAP support and database basics is an added advantage.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, RHCE, or equivalent will be preferred.
Experience

3–8 years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure Management.
Preferred Attributes

Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good analytical and documentation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
Experience in retail or jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
