Job Description
The Operation Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the cinema theatre, ensuring smooth functioning across departments and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily theatre operations including box office, ushering, and lobby management
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas
Guide customers with seating, show timings, and general enquiries
Support crowd management during peak hours and movie releases
Coordinate with projection, housekeeping, and F&B teams
Monitor ticket validation and entry processes
Handle basic customer complaints and escalate when required
Ensure safety procedures and theatre policies are followed
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the theatre
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
0–2 years experience in customer service / hospitality / theatre operations
Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
Customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
