Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination.
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups.
Support HR and accounts teams with basic administrative tasks.
Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Handle data entry and update company databases accurately.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Administration, Office Assistant, Front Office, or related roles.
Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Excel and data management.
Experience handling office documentation and coordination.
Professional attitude and positive work ethic.
