Roles & Responsibilities

Understand manpower requirements from collection/operations managers.
Plan recruitment according to business volume and client requirements.
Ensure positions are filled within the agreed recruitment timeline.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, walk-in drives, and local recruitment
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Discuss salary, incentives, working conditions, location, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
Coordinate offer/appointment documentation.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain offer-to-joining and joining-status reports.
Complete joining formalities and HR documentation.
Coordinate induction and orientation
